SPLICE TRAY, TELECOM ROOM B · PASAY CITY · 12.2025
A BPO client in Pasay City needed its building backbone upgraded from 1G to 10G without interrupting a floor that runs 24 hours. The building riser carried a mix of legacy multimode and copper trunks, none of it certified for the new load.
We ran forty-eight strands of single-mode fiber up the riser on new containment, spliced at each telecom room, and terminated on pre-labeled LC panels. Pulls were scheduled between 10 PM and 5 AM. Agents kept working; the old plant stayed live until cutover night.
Every strand was OTDR tested in both directions. The worst measured loss on the longest run came in well under the budget for 10G, and the full result set went into the turnover binder beside the as-built riser diagram.
